Denuo
Our material loop, opened to others — bio-based granulate for makers everywhere.
Denuo takes the material idea further than our own products. The line of bio-based granulates — each enriched with a different agricultural by-product, from hemp and tobacco to grape marc and coffee silverskin — is made for manufacturers and designers who want to shape it themselves.
The granulate runs in standard industrial processes: injection molding, extrusion, and FDM 3D printing. That makes it a drop-in for series production, not a lab curiosity — a way for a second life to scale.
What started with lamps becomes, here, a raw material with a past and a future: the same residues, ready to take a form we have not yet imagined.

Molten bio-composite is pressed into a mold at low temperature. Precise, repeatable, and gentle on the natural fibres inside.
Sheets of bio-based material take shape under heat and pressure. A slow, even force that keeps the character of the raw material visible.
Layer by layer, bio-based granulate grows into new forms. Digital precision for small series and custom geometries, straight from our materials.
